无约束型波纹补偿器的定义Q?/p>
无约束LU补偿器是因以往的u向型补偿器对使用有较多约束条件得名的。无U束补偿器不仅具有柱状稳定性,q具有自导向能力Q完全消?4D?4D、L3的约束还可以消除以往轴向型补偿器易发生的扭弯和失E等常见病,q对道保温也带来了很大的方ѝ?/p>
无约束型波纹补偿器的性能Q?/p>
无约束型补偿器内的LU管采用单层、双层或多层U型LQLU管和导套材料?1Cr18Ni9Ti {奥氏体不锈钢,其它材料Z钢或低合金钢。无U束型补偿器在固定支枉距的定和固定支座推力计等和普通的轴向型补偿器完全相同。无U束膨胀节除了取消予拉工作外,q大大地宽松了安装要求。无U束膨胀节可象一D늟一样安装于道中,不必按其它u向型膨胀节通常要求的全UK接好后再割下和膨胀节等长管道的Ҏ(gu)。还׃无约束膨胀坚固的外I也方便了q输Q安装和保温?/p>
